use
Because of its mild and nutty taste, sunflower oil can be used in a variety of ways for cold and warm dishes. For example, sunflower oil is ideal for making mayonnaise, dips, marinades or remoulade or for briefly steaming.
In addition to being used as cooking oil, sunflower oil is ideal for oil pulling.

storage
All cooking oils should be stored protected from light. Particularly sensitive oils with a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 8 weeks.Sunflower oil should always be tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dark place to protect its valuable ingredients.
You can freeze oils. This slows down the oxidation process and extends the shelf life. After thawing in the refrigerator, the oil regains its regular shelf life - but only if it was frozen immediately after purchase.
Tip:
Also try our sunflower flour. It is suitable for baking and refining sauces, mueslis and smoothies.Specification and ingredients:
