Alkaline supplement
We humans are born alkaline.
A child comes into the world as a "premature birth" and is dependent on help and care from its environment for the first few years. Nevertheless, it is "perfect" - all bodily functions run independently and the human organism is designed for growth and development. This has already begun in the womb.
There in the amniotic fluid it was comfortably warm and also: alkaline.
The embryo uses the umbilical cord and amniotic fluid to dispose of harmful substances, such as environmental toxins or metabolic products. The skin surface of a newborn remains alkaline after birth. However, this condition decreases the more additional food is fed to the mother's milk. It can be assumed that the formation of the "acid mantle" is not so much a protective mantle, but rather the result of hyperacidity.
Our civilized life is responsible for the many acids in our body. Western eating habits lead to permanent overacidification of the body.
Increasing environmental toxins stress the metabolism and produce additional acids.
One can "go sour" if one assumes that anger and stress create additional acids in the body.
The older we get, the more important it is to get rid of all the acids and toxins in order to relieve the body.
Alkaline as the basis of detoxification
Alkaline supplementation is a simple way to help the body detoxify. In doing so, it is generally recommended to avoid acid-forming influences such as stress, toxins from diet and stimulants, and harmful environmental toxins as much as possible. An alkaline-forming diet would be desirable.
Water is a solvent for acids and metabolic toxins in order to mobilize them in the body and subsequently to be able to excrete them through organs such as the skin.
Via a combination of alkaline baths/base wraps together with oxygen water therapy, the mobilizing effect of water can be additionally strengthened.
